Resep dari Dapur Kecap Bango

 Satu lagi, sebuah kuliner legenda nusantara yang berbahan dasar daging kambing dengan olahan khas nusantara yang siap Anda sajikan untuk keluarga tercinta. Paduan daging kambing yang empuk bersatu dengan rempah menghasilkan cita rasa yang khas dan terasa nikmat di mulut.
 
Bahan:
400 gr daging kambing lulur, potong 3x3x3 cm
1/2 sdt garam
1 sdt air jeruk nipis
4 btr bawang merah, iris
3 bh cabe rawit hijau, iris
1 bh cabe merah besar, iris serong
1 bh cabe hijau besar, iris serong
1 lbr daun salam
2 lbr daun jeruk, buang tulang daunnya
1 sdm Kecap Manis
1/2 sdt garam
1/4 sdt merica bubuk
1 sdt gula merah sisir
100 ml air
4 sdm Kecap Manis untuk penyajian
3 sdm minyak untuk menumis
 
Cara Membuat:
·    Lumuri daging kambing dengan garam dan air jeruk nipis. Diamkan 30 menit.
·    Panaskan minyak. Masukkan daging kambing. Aduk sampai berubah warna.
·    Tambahkan bawang merah. Aduk sampai harum. Masukkan cabe rawit hijau, cabe merah, cabe hijau, daun salam dan daun jeruk. Aduk sampai layu.
·    Masukkan Kecap Manis, garam, merica bubuk dan gula merah. Aduk rata. Tuang air. Masak sampai matang dan empuk.
·    Sajikan bersama Kecap Kental Manis.
